Yes. We have a flexible change and cancellation policy. Itinerary modifications are accepted free of charge up to 60 days before travel. Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — gorilla permits are non-refundable once booked, but all other elements can be adjusted. Contact us and we'll find the best solution for your situation.
QHow do the monthly payment plans work?
Choose your package, tell us your monthly budget, and we create a 3, 6, or 12-month installment schedule. You pay monthly via card, bank transfer, or mobile money. Once the full amount is reached, we confirm your travel dates and handle all bookings. No interest, no fees, no surprises.
QDo I need to book gorilla permits in advance?
Yes — gorilla permits ($700 pp) are in high demand and should be booked 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak season (June–September and December–February). We handle all permit booking as part of your package — you don't need to contact Uganda Wildlife Authority directly. We take care of everything.
