Day 1
Entebbe Airport → Charter Flight → Bwindi Impenetrable NP
Your charter aircraft departs Entebbe at your chosen time (typically 8–10am). Fly south over Lake Victoria, the Rwenzori Mountains, and the tea estates of southwest Uganda — 1 spectacular hour to Kihihi airstrip. Meet your Roam Beyond guide at the strip and transfer 45 minutes to your luxury lodge.
Arrive before noon. Champagne welcome. Private lodge orientation and afternoon forest walk with your dedicated guide. Pre-dinner briefing — your guide outlines tomorrow's gorilla trek strategy, discusses which sector is most productive based on today's ranger reports, and answers all your questions. Private dinner.
Day 2
Private Gorilla Trek — Exclusive Experience + Batwa Cultural Afternoon
Private departure 7:00am — your group only. Your guide communicates directly with trackers via radio to optimise your approach to the gorilla family. No waiting for others. No group pace to match.
Spend a full 60 minutes with your gorilla family. Your guide positions you expertly for photography, interprets behaviour, and manages the experience with total focus on your needs. Return to lodge for a gourmet forest lunch.
Afternoon: Private Batwa cultural experience — arranged exclusively for your group. No other visitors. Intimate, unhurried, deeply moving. Evening: candlelit private dinner on your lodge veranda above the forest.
Day 3
Bwindi Forest Morning + Gorilla Conservation Talk + Lake Bunyonyi Option
Private early morning bird walk in Bwindi with your specialist guide. After breakfast, private presentation with your guide on Bwindi's conservation story — gorilla population growth, permit revenue impact, community development. Optional second gorilla trek (add $800 permit). OR: transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for an afternoon on the lake — private canoe, sundowner, and overnight if desired.
Day 4
Return Charter Flight to Entebbe
Final breakfast. Charter flight departs for Entebbe — arrive by 10–11am. Full day free in Entebbe for connections. We arrange an Entebbe airport hotel day room if needed at no extra charge.
